About Me
She was born in Kyrgyzstan and received her education in finance and banking. She worked in investment and trading on the securities market, taught at a university, and oversaw finances in business projects. Since 2009, she has settled in Spain with her family and devoted her time to studying spiritual practices, poetry and philosophy.
Artist's Statement
My art is an exploration of the endless initiation of man. I view life as a complex, multi-layered process, where every encounter with the world is a threshold and every experience is an initiation. For me, initiation is not a one-time ritual, but a continuous movement that lasts from birth to death. It is a constant intersection of the visible and the invisible, the material and metaphysical: in society, nature, questions of faith and religion, music, understanding of beauty, etc.
The Ritual of Painting
Oil paints support this idea not only materially, but as direct participants in the ritual. Their patient plasticity and depth allow me to work with time: to return, change, layer—creating space for my personal initiation. I always freeze with excitement, brush in hand, in front of a blank canvas with a palette of freshly mixed paints. The first stroke is always a step into the unknown. My art is a meeting space where the personal and the universal come together in a single ritual. It is a journey through light and shadow, through sound and silence, through chaos and harmony. I affirm that a person is not a finished being, but a process. Initiation has no end.
Series Origins
This series reflects the cultural and aesthetic DNA of those Central Asian countries where my childhood took place.
